II. Compliance & Annual Requirements

Annual Report (CL-1)

Most LLCs are exempt. However, Corporations and LLCs taxed as Corporations must file an Annual Report (Form CL-1) by the 15th day of the 4th month after year-end.

III. Workforce & Employer Obligations

Employer mandates are split between the Department of Revenue and the Department of Employment and Workforce (DEW):

Employers must register for a State Unemployment Insurance Tax (SUITS) account with the DEW for quarterly wage reporting.
