UI Modernization (Summer 2026)

Starting Summer 2026, employers must use a MyWisconsin ID to log into the UI Employer Portal for quarterly wage and tax reporting.

Mandatory for employers with 3+ employees (or 1+ employee earning $500+ per quarter). Failure results in minimum $750 fines and potential stop-work orders.
